Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of your agreement with Faith Mobile and governs acceptable usage of our eSIM, mobile number, and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

General

• You must not use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, or contrary to this Policy.
• You are responsible for any usage of your Services, including any charges incurred from your account.
• This Policy applies whether use is authorised or unauthorised. Faith Mobile reserves the right to monitor use for compliance.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use, or allow others to use, the Services to:

• Send unsolicited communications (e.g. spam, marketing messages, or automated content);
• Engage in fraud, identity spoofing, or payment evasion;
• Operate SIM farms, bulk messaging services, automated dialers or gateways;
• Conduct machine-to-machine (M2M), IoT, or router-based traffic, unless expressly approved;
• Withhold or falsify sender identity or SIM data (e.g. headers, IP, routing);
• Interfere with or damage the network, infrastructure, or services of others;
• Use services in a way that impacts others (e.g. excessive data usage that significantly degrades service quality, denial of service);
• Access or guess passwords to protected systems or other networks without authorisation;
• Use tethered devices for broadband backup, fixed wireless access, or similar services unless explicitly permitted and approved in writing;
• Infringe copyright, intellectual property, or commit any criminal or regulatory breach;
• Use the service for any Prohibited Industry (e.g. adult entertainment, arms, gambling) if such use may harm Faith Mobile or its suppliers.

Network and Roaming Use

Unlimited or high-volume eSIMs may only be used by the individual registered to the account. Multiple users per eSIM, or resale, is strictly prohibited.

Roaming is for temporary travel use only (e.g. holidays or short trips) and may be prohibited as part of your service. Prolonged roaming or permanent use abroad is not permitted.

Enforcement and Monitoring

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse or violations of this Policy.

We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach this Policy, harm the network, or fail to follow reasonable requests to rectify misuse.

We may charge you for the administrative costs involved in investigating and resolving violations.

Amendments

This Policy may be updated at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of material change. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of changes.
