What is Faith Mobile?
Faith Mobile is the UK's first faith-focused mobile network offering affordable eSIM plans powered by Vodafone. We provide daily scripture messages, transparent billing, and automatic donations to your chosen church.

What network does Faith Mobile use?
We are powered by Vodafone, ensuring excellent coverage and reliable service.

What network does Faith Mobile use?
Yes. This service is designed for UK domestic use, providing UK calls, SMS, and mobile data within the UK only. We offer Travel eSIMs for roaming abroad.

Can I keep my existing number?
Yes, you can easily transfer your number to Faith Mobile using a PAC code provided by your current network.

Plans and Tariffs

What plans do you offer?
We offer flexible plans including Essential 5GB, Standard 20GB, Ultimate 50GB, and Unlimited data options—all with unlimited minutes and texts.

Are your plans contract-free?
Yes. All plans are flexible and can be changed or cancelled without long-term contracts.

Can I change or upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, change or cancel your plan at any time in the My Account area. Changes usually take effect at the start of your current billing period.

What happens if I use all my data?
If you run out of data, we offer a variety of data bolt-ons to add to your plan. If you need more data permanently, you can upgrade your plan from the next billing cycle.

eSIM and Activation

What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM embedded in your phone, allowing you to activate your plan instantly without needing a physical SIM card.

How do I check if my device is eSIM compatible?
You can check to ensure your device has an Embedded Identity Document (EID). You can find your EID by dialling *#06# on your phone and looking for the number labelled “EID”, or by checking your phone’s settings under “About”.

How do I activate my eSIM?
After choosing your plan, you'll receive an activation QR code via email. Simply scan this using your phone’s settings to activate.

What happens if I delete my eSIM or change phone?
If your eSIM is deleted or you switch devices, we can reissue your eSIM. Just contact customer support and we’ll help you get set up again.

Billing and Donations

How and when will I be charged?
Payments are taken automatically at the start of each billing period using your chosen payment method.

How does the 10% donation work?
Faith Mobile donates 10% of your monthly bill directly to your chosen church or charity each quarter—at no extra cost to you.

What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, your service may be temporarily restricted until payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation.

Will my bill ever change unexpectedly?
No. Faith Mobile is committed to clear, transparent pricing with no hidden charges or unexpected bill increases.
