We have sent an SMS with these details. Thanks for being a Faith Mobile customer and we hope to have you onboard with us again.

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that’s built directly into your phone. It lets you activate a mobile plan without needing a physical SIM card. It’s faster to set up, more secure, and allows you to add plans without swapping cards.

Most recent smartphones from Apple, Google, and Samsung support eSIMs — including the iPhone XS or newer, Google Pixel 3 and up, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. You can check your device’s settings to confirm compatibility under Mobile Network or SIM Manager.

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll send you a QR code by email or within your Account. Simply scan it using your phone’s camera or network settings, and your plan will activate instantly — no waiting for delivery or inserting a SIM.

Yes! You can port your number from any UK network. Just request a PAC code from your current provider and click 'Transfer your number' in your Account. We’ll handle the transfer, usually within one working day.

All our plans are SIM-only, contract-free, and renew every 30 days. They include unlimited UK calls and texts, with flexible data allowances. You can change or cancel anytime, directly from your online account.
