Activating your Faith Mobile eSIM is easy, quick, and straightforward. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to get connected instantly and start supporting your local church!

Step 1: Check Device Compatibility

Ensure your device is eSIM compatible. Most newer smartphones support eSIM technology. You can quickly verify compatibility by calling *#06# on your device and looking for an EID. If you see an EID you're device is eSIM compatible.

Step 2: Complete Your Order

After choosing your Faith Mobile plan, complete your checkout process. You’ll immediately receive an email containing your eSIM QR code and activation instructions.

Step 3: Activate Your eSIM

Follow these straightforward steps to activate your eSIM:

Go to your device’s Settings.
Tap Mobile Data/Cellular.
Select Add eSIM or Add Data Plan.
Scan the QR code or enter the activation code sent to your email by Faith Mobile.

Your device will automatically complete the activation process within a few minutes.

Step 4: Confirm Your Activation

Once activated, your new Faith Mobile eSIM is ready to use. You’ll see network coverage bars and the Faith Mobile network name displayed on your phone.

NOTE: Activation typically occurs within a few minutes, but occasionally it can take up to an hour.

Step 5: Port Your Existing Number (Optional)

If you wish to transfer your existing number:

Request a PAC code from your current provider.
Login to your Faith Mobile Account and select your eSIM.
Click Transfer, then Transfer your number to Faith Mobile.
Enter your PAC code to confirm the transfer.
