Guide to Using the Faith Mobile Customer Portal
Managing your Faith Mobile account has never been easier. This step-by-step guide helps you navigate the Faith Mobile customer portal with ease.
Logging Into Your Portal
- Visit the Faith Mobile Customer Portal.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Sign In to access your account dashboard.
Managing Your Plan
In the customer portal, you can easily:
- View your current mobile plan details.
- Upgrade or change your plan.
- Monitor your data, call, and text usage.
Simply navigate to the "Plans" section to review or change your current eSIMs, or the "Bills" section to review your recurring plans.
Billing and Payments
Under the "Bills" section, you can:
- View your monthly subscriptions and bills
- Set up or update your payment method.
- Check your payment history.
Payments can be securely made and managed directly through your portal. You can also view individual orders by selecting "Order History"
Transferring Your Number
To transfer your existing number to Faith Mobile:
- Click on "Transfer My Number" in your dashboard.
- Enter your PAC code from your previous provider.
- Submit the request, and we’ll handle the rest!
Low Data Notifications
You can update your notification preferences per eSIM for Email and SMS in the "Notifications" area of your Account.
Updating Your Personal Information
You can update your contact details and personal information at any time under the "Personal Info" area.
Church Donations Management
Faith Mobile donates 10% of your monthly bill to your chosen church. Under the "Donations" tab, you can:
- Select or change your nominated church.
- View the total donations made through your account.
