Installing your Faith Mobile eSIM is usually quick and straightforward. However, some Android devices have a limitation when it comes to scanning QR codes.
This can affect how you install your eSIM.
The Issue
On certain Android devices, you cannot scan a QR code that is displayed on the same screen you are using.
Unlike some devices that allow you to press and hold a QR code to scan it, many Android phones require you to use the camera — which means the QR code must be shown on a separate screen.
The Solution
If your device cannot scan the QR code directly, you will need a second device to complete the installation.
This could be:

A laptop or computer

A tablet

Another phone
How to Install Your eSIM
Follow these steps:

Open your eSIM QR code email on a second device

On your Android phone, go to Settings

Tap Connections or Mobile Network

Select Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan

Use your camera to scan the QR code from the second device
Your eSIM will then begin installing automatically.
Alternative Option
If you don’t have access to another device, you can print the QR code and scan it using your phone’s camera.
Important Note
This is not an issue with your eSIM or your plan. It is simply a limitation on some Android devices.
Once your eSIM is installed, your service will work as normal.
