If you’ve accidentally deleted your Faith Mobile eSIM, don’t worry — your plan and phone number are still safe. In most cases, you can reinstall your eSIM yourself directly from your Faith Mobile account.
What Happens When an eSIM Is Deleted?
Deleting an eSIM removes it from your phone, but it does not cancel your service. Your subscription remains active and your eSIM will be available to reinstall.
Step 1: Sign In to Your Faith Mobile Account
-
Go to the My Account area on the Faith Mobile website
-
Sign in using the email address you used when you signed up
Step 2: Find Your eSIM
Once logged in:
-
Go to Plans
-
Locate your Faith Mobile eSIM from the dropdown list
-
You’ll see an option labelled “Install eSIM”
If you do not see an option for "Install eSIM", contact Faith Mobile Support
Step 3: Install the eSIM on Your Phone
-
Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi
-
Click Install eSIM
-
Follow the on-screen instructions for your device
Your eSIM will download and activate on your phone, usually within a few minutes.
Step 4: Check Your Service
After installation:
-
Make a test call
-
Send a text message
-
Check mobile data with Wi-Fi turned off
This confirms your service has been fully restored.
Important Things to Note
-
An eSIM can only be active on one device at a time
-
If you’re reinstalling on a new phone, make sure the eSIM has been removed from your old device (if possible)
-
Always use a stable Wi-Fi connection during installation
