If you’re changing phones, you can keep your Faith Mobile number and plan. Your eSIM will need to be removed from your old phone and reinstalled on your new one. Don’t worry — we’ll guide you through it.
Before You Start
Please make sure:
-
Your old phone is still available (if possible)
-
Your new phone supports eSIM
-
You have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended)
If your old phone has been lost or damaged, skip to the section at the end of this guide.
