Transferring your current mobile number to Faith Mobile is simple. This guide will clearly explain everything you need to know about porting your number using a PAC code.
What is a PAC Code?
A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) is a unique code that lets you transfer your mobile number from your current provider to Faith Mobile. It's quick, easy, and hassle-free!
How to Get a PAC Code
- Text: Simply text PAC to 65075 from your current mobile. You'll instantly receive your PAC code.
- Online or Call: Alternatively, you can contact your existing provider through their customer service channels to request your PAC code.
Your PAC code will usually arrive immediately and remains valid for 30 days.
Transferring Your Number to Faith Mobile
Once you have your PAC code, follow these straightforward steps:
- Sign in to your Faith Mobile Customer Portal.
- Select your eSIM from the Plans page, and click "Transfer".
- Select that you would like to bring your number to Faith Mobile
- Enter your PAC code and the mobile number you wish to transfer.
- Confirm and submit your request.
Faith Mobile will then handle everything for you, usually next working day.
How Long Does it Take?
Typically, your number will be transferred to Faith Mobile within one working day.
Number transfers take place during working hours (Monday–Friday). Requests submitted outside this time will be processed on the next working day.
What Happens on Transfer Day?

Your old SIM/eSIM will lose service, and your Faith Mobile eSIM will automatically start using your existing number.

Keep your new eSIM activated and your phone switched on during this period to minimise disruption.
